Eligibility
Who is eligible?
A final-year or pre-final-year student with a relevant technical qualification (B.Tech, Diploma, etc.) and a strong academic record is eligible. Students gain employment in Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics, Research & Development, and specialized technical roles.
Most employers expect at least JLPT N4 or N3 level. Graduates can expect an average starting salary of 2,00,000–2,50,000 yen per month (approx. ₹1.1–₹1.4 lakh), along with benefits like transportation allowance, health insurance, and pension contributions.
